Everett Massachusetts, Doug and Bob Nickerson, Nickerson Financial Corporation, Mashpee Massachusetts are pleased to announce the placement of a loan in the amount of $17,150,000, for the construction of the Parkway Heights condominiums on behalf of its client BGH Development LLC

. Upon completion Parkway Heights will consist of 74 Condominium units, 48 two bedroom and 26 one bedroom units. There will be covered garage parking for 148 vehicles. The two bedroom units will receive two parking spaces and the one bedroom units one space. There will be an additional 26 spaces, which may be purchased by the residents. Two elevators will service the building. There will be three levels of parking and six levels for the residential units. For the design of the building and the units, the owners selected The Architectural Team, Inc. of Chelsea, MA.

As a result of their professional approach, the building advantageously utilizes the configuration of the site while at the time creating the desired number of attractively designed condominium residences. On behalf of the owners, Montalto Signature Properties will be the sales agent for the units.
